Ever wondered what it’s like to practice yoga 1,100 feet above New York City, while taking in its stunning skyline?
🧘♀️ By popular demand, Sky High Yoga is back at The Edge, from June 2 until September 30, 2025.
I just took another Sky High Yoga class with Carla (she’s amazing!) and felt blessed for the rest of the day! Whether you’re new to yoga or an expert, trust me, you’ll have one of the most incredible yoga experiences!
Here’s all you need to know to book your spot and start your NYC day “on a high”:
🗓️ Classes are held three times a week—Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays – from June 2 through September 30, 2025
🕐 The 45-minute yoga class starts at 6:30 AM, and doors open at 6 AM. I suggest getting there as early as possible to enjoy the stunning view even before the class starts, and you’ll also be able to spend another 30 minutes at The Edge after class.
🎟️ $75 includes admission to The Edge, a 45-min yoga session, and an additional 30 minutes post-class to enjoy the view. Yoga mats are provided, and I’d suggest bringing a water bottle.
Good to know: You’ll be asked to check your bag and coat at the coat check, and you’ll only be able to take your phone and water bottle to the sky deck.

Classes are released on the last Friday of every month at 12 PM EST for the upcoming month, and they quickly get sold out. Keep refreshing the page (here’s the link to the official website) and good luck!!!!
