Ready to step back in time to the Roaring Twenties? 🎺 Jazz Age Lawn Party 2025 is happening again this summer – and it’s one of NYC’s most iconic events!!!!❣️
Save the dates:
🗓️ June 14–15 & August 9–10, 2025
🕚 11 AM – 5 PM
You know that feeling when NYC feels like a movie set? 😍 At the Jazz Age Lawn Party, it’s like you’re actually in a 1920s film!
The party happens on Governors Island – a hidden gem just a 4-minute ferry ride from Lower Manhattan. With colonial houses, an old fort, and views of the skyline, it’s the perfect backdrop for jazz, flappers, feathers, suspenders, and swing dancing under the summer sun.
🎷 This is the world’s original and largest Prohibition Era-inspired gathering – a true NYC must-do.
🎟️ You can get your ticket on Fever.
Your journey to the Roaring Twenties starts on the ferry!
Get ready for the most unforgettable picnic of your life:
✨ Live jazz music, dance performances, and vintage charm on a sun-drenched lawn surrounded by the NYC skyline.

What to Expect:
🎺 Live jazz music, vintage dance performances, and the most unforgettable picnic of your life!
☔️The event is rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges.
👗 Dressing up is half the fun! While 1920s attire isn’t mandatory, it’s highly encouraged.
I usually find the perfect outfit at Buffalo Exchange for about $20 (total win!). If you’re feeling fancy, there are vintage vendors on the lawn too. Prices are steeper, but the pieces are absolutely fabulous!
🎬 If you go, please share a pic in the comments!!! I’d love to see your look and hear all about your experience!
Pro Tips:
✅ Bring a blanket, picnic essentials, and insect repellent
✅ Outside alcohol isn’t allowed, but there are gourmet food trucks and drink vendors on site
✅ Ferries leave from Battery Maritime Building (Manhattan) and Pier 6 (Brooklyn): book your $5 ferry tickets in advance on the official website – they’re free on weekends before noon! Reservations are still recommended.
